Pulgas Water Temple This is there the water from the HetCh Hetchey

California Canoe and Kayak. (Sports) Kayaking on the Bay is a fantastic way to see aquatic mammals. When I kayaked here I was lucky enough to see some seals. Start your kayaking day early to avoid the strong afternoon winds.

Union Cemetery (History) Right near the intersection of Woodside Road and El Camino lies this unique cemetery. The best day to visit is Memorial Day (10-11am) when Civil War veterans who are buried there are honored. Some of the original European settlers in the Bay Area are also buried here.

Edgewood Park (Outdoors) Although this is a great place for a hike anytime, it’s especially wonderful in early spring with its abundance of wildflowers.
